story :

She was the mother of magic, the goddess of protection, and the keeper of ancient secrets. Isis, with her falcon-like crown and wings spread wide, was both the nurturing force of the universe and the fierce protector of the dead. Her name echoed through temples and tombs, and her power was sought by kings and commoners alike.

Born from the primordial waters of Nun, Isis was the sister and wife of Osiris, the god of the afterlife, and the mother of Horus, the divine child who would one day avenge his father’s death. But Isis was more than a goddess of family—she was the very embodiment of life’s cyclical nature, a figure whose magic could both heal and destroy.

In the myth of Osiris, when her husband was slain by his brother Set, it was Isis who gathered his scattered remains, using her potent magic to breathe life into him long enough to conceive their son, Horus. But it is said that Isis’ power reached beyond the bounds of mortal understanding. Some believed that she could see into the hearts of men, bending fate to her will, and others whispered of her ability to speak the secret names of the gods themselves—names that could summon the forces of the universe.

Her amulets, often shaped in the form of her protective wings or her throne-shaped crown, were worn for protection and strength. The Eye of Horus, associated with her and her son, became a symbol of health, restoration, and divine favor. But it was the knowledge of her sacred spells—passed down through generations—that made Isis both revered and feared. She was a goddess who could turn the tide of battle with a single incantation, and she was the keeper of wisdom, protecting the most sacred knowledge of the gods.

Material:

Pharaonic Basalt:
Pharaonic basalt refers to the igneous volcanic rock used by the ancient Egyptians during the Pharaonic period (c. 3100–30 BC) for various artistic, ritual, and functional purposes. Basalt is a dense, hard, dark-colored stone, usually black or dark gray, formed from cooled lava. Its durability and fine grains make it particularly suitable for fine carving and long-lasting monuments.
