story :

In the heart of ancient Egypt, a figure stands alone — not in a temple, not in a tomb, but amidst the shifting sands of time. Ramses II, the mighty pharaoh known as Ramses the Great, once ruled over Egypt with an iron fist and a vision that stretched far beyond the borders of the Nile. His name echoed in the halls of the gods, and his reign was marked by towering monuments, grand victories, and tales of glory. But not all the stories of Ramses are known.

This may contain: an egyptian statue stands in the middle of a room with glass walls and ceilinging

For some say that his final monument was not made of stone, but of a mysterious, living force that he imbued into his own image. Legends whisper that before his death, Ramses commissioned a grand statue of himself — a figure standing tall in the eternal winds of the desert. This statue was to be placed not as a mere tribute, but as a guardian of secrets, an ever-watchful presence to safeguard Egypt's most sacred mysteries.

And so, the statue was carved in his likeness, tall and imposing, gazing over the land he once ruled. But as the years passed, something strange began to happen. The statue was no longer just a monument; it seemed to move, imperceptibly, in the dead of night. Some claimed it shifted positions, facing different directions, while others swore that at times, its eyes gleamed with an unearthly glow, as though Ramses himself was still watching, still protecting the lands of Egypt.

Material:

Pharaonic Basalt:

Pharaonic basalt refers to the igneous volcanic rock used by the ancient Egyptians during the Pharaonic period (c. 3100–30 BC) for various artistic, ritual, and functional purposes. Basalt is a dense, hard, dark stone, usually black or dark gray, formed from cooled lava. Its durability and fine grain make it particularly suitable for fine carving and long-lasting monuments.
